Down the drain
In this animation I use a trick that lets the camera move down the tube indefinitely. In reality it moves only a slight distance until it resets to it’s starting position, but it is masked in a way that does not make it apparent to the viewer. I use Animation Nodes to accomplish this trick. I also use Sverchok for the creation of the tube, so I can change its length and diameter at any time without having to recreate it from scratch.
In the tutorial video down below I explain the creation of the infinite loop in Blender. Have fun exploring and creating something mesmerizing.
